Ncell prepaid customers can now get access to data and SMS service even when they do not have main balance in their mobile. Ncell Private Limited, on the occasion of Nepali New Year 2077, on Saturday launched an attractive offer, enabling its customers to take data and SMS bundled pack or only SMS pack on credit.
Amidst the Coronavirus crisis and ongoing lockdown, customers might be facing difficulty in topping up their mobile balance to remain connected with friends and family members and wish Happy New Year. Thus, Ncell has launched the scheme as ‘New Year Offer’, giving a facility to its customers to use data and SMS service easily even during this difficult situation.
The offer is first of its kind that allows customers to use data and SMS under credit facility. This offer has come into effect from April 11 (Saturday) and it allows customers to subscribe to 250 MB data and 250 on net SMS bundled service at just Rs 20 (inclusive of taxes). Customers can activate this pack even if they have zero main balance and pay later. The subscribed data and SMS volume will be valid for 5 days after activation.
In addition to this, under the same offer, customers can also activate only SMS pack too. Customers can subscribe to 250 SMS pack at just Rs 10 (inclusive of taxes) and take benefit of the text service. The subscribed volume of SMS will remain valid for 5 days after activation.
To use data and SMS on credit, customers can activate this service by *9988*77# and selecting one of the options as per the requirement.
Only prepaid customers with SIM age more than 2 months and main balance is less then Rs 5 can subscribe these packs. When customers recharge their balance, only associated cost of the service will be deducted from the recharged balance amount. There is no service charge for these packs.
Customers can subscribe to these packs as many times as they wish based on their service need. However; to subscriber any of the two packs, customers are required to clear the previous credit of the service provided.
At this difficult time, when everyone is staying home and maintaining social distancing, Ncell believes this New Year Offer will help its valued customers stay connected with their family and friends.
