They also fail to pay the tax to the government of Nepal.

Nepal Satellite telecom formally known as Hello Nepal GSM formally operates in rural part of western, Mid-western and Far-western part of nepal.

CG telecom, one of the most promising telecom company under group of Nepal’s billionaire Binod Chaudhary- Chaudhary Group(CG) have got the license to provide telecom services. But according to NTA- Nepal telecommunication Authority, to operate in major cities, operators should provide services in rural part at first. Along with other reasons, CG telecom have not yet started to provide the telecommunication services which they have planned to provide direct 4G services by 2019.

Summarizing all above, Nepal Telecom being governmental telecom company have been providing services in rural part of country also while the other one Ncell have been primarily focused on major cities. And also Ncell have been dominant in providing quality data services with charging high prices as compare to Nepal telecom.
